VENDOR APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the Northern Light Fellowship Festival at Bambi Lake. Our goal is to create a welcoming, family-friendly environment that reflects the spirit of Christian fellowship while supporting local artisans, ministries, and businesses.

Vendor spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-approved basis. Each approved vendor will be provided with a 12′ × 12′ booth space for the duration of the event. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, tents, displays, extension cords, and any other equipment needed for their setup.

Submission of this application, along with the required vendor fee, reserves your place in the review process but does not guarantee acceptance until your application has been approved by the event organizers.

Vendor Fees

Non-Food Vendors: $50 per 12′ × 12′ space
Food Vendors: $100 per 12′ × 12′ space

Payment is required at the time this application is submitted.

Vendor Setup and Teardown

Vendor setup will take place on Friday, August 28 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. All vendors must be fully set up and ready before festival activities begin.

Teardown may begin after 5:00 PM on Sunday once the event concludes. Vendors are asked to remain set up for the full duration of the festival unless prior arrangements have been made with event organizers.

Vendor Approval

All vendor applications are subject to approval by the festival organizers. We reserve the right to approve or decline any vendor based on product type, space limitations, or alignment with the family-friendly and faith-based nature of the event.

If a vendor application is not approved, the vendor fee will be refunded.

Legal and Licensing Requirements

Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable local, county, and state laws and regulations.

Food vendors must obtain and maintain any required permits or licenses, including those required by the local health department. Proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation practices must be followed at all times.

Retail vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable sales tax as required by the State of Michigan.

Vendor Responsibility and Liability

Each vendor is responsible for their own booth setup, equipment, merchandise, and operation during the event. Vendors participate at their own risk. The Northern Light Fellowship Festival, Northern Light Church, and Bambi Lake are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of vendor property.

Vendors may be required to provide proof of liability insurance if required by local regulations.

Event Conduct

All vendor displays, products, and activities must remain appropriate for a family-friendly environment. Event organizers reserve the right to request the removal of any item, display, or activity that does not meet festival guidelines.

Additional event details including vendor layout, parking instructions, and event schedule will be provided after vendor approval.

We look forward to gathering together for a weekend of fellowship, worship, music, and community at the Northern Light Fellowship Festival.
