Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the Northern Light Fellowship Festival at Bambi Lake. Our goal is to create a welcoming, family-friendly Christian event that includes worship, music, fellowship, ministry, family activities, and community connection.

We are offering three vendor opportunities for this year’s festival:

Food Vendors
Non-Food Vendors
Non-Profit & Ministry Vendors

Each vendor category has its own application form, fee structure, expectations, and event details. Please review the descriptions below and download the correct application for your organization, business, ministry, or vendor booth.

Vendor spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-approved basis. Submission of an application and vendor fee places your application into the review process, but does not guarantee approval until confirmed by festival organizers.

Vendor Opportunities

Food Vendor Application — $100

Food vendors are invited to serve guests during the festival on Friday, August 28 and Saturday, August 29, 2026 only.

The food vendor fee is $100 non-refundable and includes Friday and Saturday festival hours.

Food vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permits, and health department approvals. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, cooking equipment, supplies, and booth setup.

Please note: Sunday food service will be provided by Bambi Lake Christian Camp as part of a camp fundraiser.

Food vendors must be approved by festival organizers, and menu offerings may be reviewed to help avoid unnecessary duplication and to ensure alignment with the event.

Non-Food Vendor Application — $50

Non-food vendors are invited to participate throughout the weekend and may include handmade crafts, Christian merchandise, artwork, jewelry, apparel, woodworking, home décor, books, gifts, specialty products, and other appropriate merchandise.

The non-food vendor fee is $50 non-refundable and includes one 12′ × 12′ vendor space.

Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and supplies. Vendor parking will be provided in designated parking areas. Electricity is not available, and loud generators are not permitted.

All merchandise must be family-friendly and appropriate for a Christian event. Counterfeit merchandise is prohibited, and vendors may not sell items that infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, or intellectual property rights.

Non-Profit & Ministry Vendor Application — $20 / Free Information Booth

Non-profit organizations and ministry groups are invited to take part in the festival as a way to connect with the community, share information, offer resources, and encourage families and individuals.

If your ministry or organization is selling items, the vendor fee is $20 non-refundable.

If your ministry or organization is providing information only and not selling items, there is no vendor fee.

Each approved non-profit or ministry vendor will receive one 12′ × 12′ vendor space. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and supplies. Electricity is not available, and loud generators are not permitted.

All materials, displays, and activities must be family-friendly and appropriate for a Christian event. The festival reserves the right to reject applications that conflict with the beliefs, mission, or purpose of the event.

Vendor Setup

Vendor setup will be available Thursday evening or Friday morning.

All vendors must unload, move vehicles to designated parking areas, and keep vendor areas clear for guests. Vendor vehicles are not permitted within the vendor area during festival operating hours.

Vendors must keep their booth area clean and remove all materials at the conclusion of the event.

Vendor Approval

All vendor applications are subject to approval by the Northern Light Fellowship Festival organizers. We reserve the right to approve or deny vendors and merchandise offerings based on space limitations, product type, duplication, event needs, and alignment with the family-friendly Christian purpose of the festival.

Additional event details, parking instructions, vendor layout, and schedule information will be provided after vendor approval.
